Rainforest Trips from Quito

Has anybody booked a trip into the rainforest with Happy Gringo?

Maybe there are better things to see outside of Quito besides the rainforest though? We'll already have spent three days in Quito at an earlier date, plus we'll have seen the Otavalo Saturday market. If anybody has recommendations re lodges in the rainforest/trips I'd love to hear about them. I should perhaps add that we'll just be back from the Galapagos and will be heading to Cuzco (Maccu Piccu) after these five days, so maybe there's a rainforest trip that's not as exhausting as some of the others LOL.
