I am travelling to Galapagos Is to join a cruise. Is it cheaper to fly from Guayaquil or Quito? Some airlines fly to Guayaquil as a stopover then to the destination.
We are flying from Lima.

Get off the plane in Guayaquil ( it will be going on to Quito anyway) as the planes from Quito to Galapagos from via Guayaquil anyway so you would be doubling back if you go on from Lima to Quito.... However if you have a couple of days in Ecuador before flying out to Galapagos it would be preferable to send them in Quito than Guayaquil IMO...
