Hi,
I have read that several regions in December it is the rainy season. Is this true? Would you recommend Argentina instead or Brazil? Where do you get the most for your dollar?

Jorge,

I enjoyed your photos! Where is the Tigre located? (looks very pretty there). Buenos Aires is on the coast, is there any nice 'neighborhood' we should stay in that's by the water?

Tigre is located 50 minutes by train to the West of Buenos Aires. You have to stay in downtown Buenos Aires. There are no hotels on the River Plate´s bank.
