Hello!

I'm a Canadian going to be traveling through Ecuador from Peru into Colombia.

I am looking for a 10-12 itinerary that has me entering Ecuador from the south and heading north into Colombia. I understand this is a short time frame for a beautiful country but most of my time will be spent in Peru and Colombia and this is a transition point. Any information on sites and activities that will allow me to stay on track. I assume this will keep me away from the coast and for the most part not deep into the Amazon. Thank you for assisting me in this journey we call life.

What kind of things are you interested in?

Cities,art,culture,nature,trekking etc etc?

Culture, nature and trekking all on the list. Will pass by Quito for a night when making my way into Colombia. Dates will be late July into Aug. I am open to extending my time there if worth while, the reason why I was short on time is bc I was planning on doing a vapassana meditation retreat in Colombia.

Things I have been reading about to check out.

Rio Verde / Banos (high on the list)
