Hi guys

We are looking to go to South America for 4 weeks ad so far have though of starting in Colombia (Bogota) and flying on Sao Paolo in Brazil 4 weeks after.

We are thinking the best route would be Colombia, Peru, Agrentina and then Brazil however if anyone has done a very short trip like ours and has recommendations that would be amazing!

Also any must do's, things we can miss out would also be appreciated!

Thanks,
Tom

4 weeks is not enough time for this. In 4 weeks you could go from Bogota to Peru, traveling overland, spending half your days on buses, and maybe use a flight to get to Cusco if you want to visit Machu Picchu.

If you want to go all the way to Sao Paulo, seeing tourist places along the way, that would take 3 months at least.

Unless you're planning a heap of flights you've no hope of covering that distance in a month!
Find out exactly what interests you the most; mountains, beaches, rainforest, desert etc and then narrow down your itinerary to maybe one or two countries, sticking to one side of the continent.
South America is vast and overland travel should not be underestimated in terms of distance and time!

if you have a lot of money for flights you can do it
