Help!
I lost my student ID here in Colombia and I need a new International Student Identity Card before continuing travel through South America.
Where can I get one in Bogota and do they care that I no longer have a student ID on me to get the ISIC card? What proof do they ask that I am a student, since all that proof was in my lost wallet.
