There is no recent info on google about anyone getting their visa in Bogota.

It's like any place getting a visa - times will vary. You are best to contact the embassy directly for the appropriate response.

Some embassies/consulates take a day to process visas (eg Puerto Iguazus) others take from 10-30 days depending on the demand for visas. Again, they can inform you of the time frame.
