Hi, I will be in Argentina in October for work and looking to tie in a spot of travel in Colombia at the end of the trip. I have looked at various websites for flights from Arg to Colombia but they all seem quite expensive. Does anyone have any tips on airlines that do cheap(ish) flights for this route?

No. It will be expensive, and involve an unreasonable amount of travel time. If you haven't booked your flights yet, maybe the best idea is fly into Buenos Aires from Europe, and fly back to Europe from Bogota.

Expect a new London Colombia return to be cheaper than a BsAs Colombia
International flights within South America are generally very expensive.

With Avianca now flying into LHR, you might be able to get a deal to BsAs with a stopover in Bogota.
Combining these two destinations in a RTW ticket is very difficult

The cheapest ticket we found in January was with Avianca via Lima (BA - Lima - Med). That said, it wasn't ''cheap'' as such, just the best out of a bunch of options.
