Colombian news sites are not reporting about any bombs in Medellin... but they do have a story about a bomb at Times Square in New York.

Can anyone suggest the best on-line news source in English for the situation down there. I am looking for facts not biases therefore no American news station needs suggesting. Sorry Americans but your news always has a hard American bent and the facts, as the world sees it, are often absent and background is also. Would BBC be the best? Canadian? Is there a South American site that reports in English and would they lean on one side rather than the facts? I have heard the Equadoriens are now mad at the Colombians and siding with Chavez.

I have to disappoint you... the three presidents of Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela have met today, had a group hug in front of TV cameras and are friends again.
group hug between Correa, Chavez and Uribe

Ok, so the presidents shook hands in front of the cammeras, but I doubt they are friendly. Chavez and Correa will continue to let the FARC guerrillas work in their territories, same as Uribe does with his "death squads", the paramilitares Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia.
BTW klaush's comment stating that any civilized country would have congratulated Colombia... Well, I wonder what would have happened if only once, during the last 30 years, Spain had entered into French territory to get some ETA's terrorists (which, sometimes where protected by the French government). It would have been a major scandal.
