Hey! Well, I am Colombian and I love Cartagena, so I would stay 1 day more in Cartagena and 2 in Tayrona. Also, Tayrona is closer to Santa Marta than to Cartagena, so I would do Santa Marta first and then Tayrona and leave Cartagena for the end.

If you arrive in Cartagena in the morning, I think 2 days are enough.
