Will be in Chile during this years rugby world cup and was wondering if anybody knows which, if any, of the cablechannels will be broadcasting the games.

The Santiago cable company will carry the world rugby cup as longas one of the ESPN channels do. Some games might be on the open channels after all Chile is a rugby playing country.

On VTR Cable in Santiago we get the following sports channels; CDF, Fox Sports, ESPN, ESPN+, and O Vive! O Vive! broadcasts Rugby.
Excuse my ignorance, but when is World Cup Rugby? If you tell me the date, maybe I can look it up in my cable guide.

I was in a bar the other night and noticed an advertisment for what appeared to be World Cup Rugby on the television set in the distance. I don't know what channel it was, but it seems to me that you'll be able to catch it...especiall in a pub.
