Hi, I am short in time and therefore thinking about doing the W in three days from west to east. I am used to do trekking many hours and wake up early so I would like to know if you think the following plan is feasible:

Day 0: Sleep at Puerto Natales

Day 1: Bus from Puerto Natales to Pudeto (from 7:30 to 10:45am)

Catamaran from Pudeto to Paine Grande Lodge 12:00pm to 12:20pm)

Lago Grey catamaran round trip, including glaciar (from 15:30 to 18:00)

Sleep at Paine Grande

Day 2:

Walk to Italiano, then to Britanico, then to Cuernos

Sleep at Cuernos

Day 3:

Walk from Cuernos to Campsite Torres, then to Hosteria Torres.

From Hosteria Torres take the 19:45 bus that goes to Puerto Natales

Does it look possible being prepared to walk around 10 hours per day?

How long does it take to walk from Paine Grande Lodge to Hosteria Lago Grey (between arrival of Pehoe catamaran and Grey Catamaran)?

Thanks a lot

Well, it is doable (if you are fit enough) but question is, whether you will enjoy such a trip.
Especially the third day would be hard with more than 10 walking-hours, unless you are really quick-walker. You will arrive at Mirador Torres in the (late) afternoon, tired after 7-8 hours-trek from Cuernos, probably with a backpack of some 20kg on your back not having chance to spend some more time at this place.... - it can be cloudy etc. and in such a case you are than walking the next 3,5hrs to Hosteria Torres in a really bad mood.
It is of course up to you - in my opinion is such a short version of W-trek connected to high probability of being disappointed.

Don't do it - attempting this in three days would be torturous. Your last day in particular seems logistically improbable...it would take about 12 hours.

If you only have three days, skip Glacier Grey. The French Valley and the Towers are the real show-stoppers of the park.

Thanks a lot for your replies, I will try to change my plans to make it easier
