For to stay in a nice and quiet Place, the best is EcoHostel
The mountain view from San Cristobal Hill is great. Cable car is cheap and fast.
Concha y Toro vineyard is interesting but is too touristic! Is better to go to any other valley.
I recommend a full day trip horseback riding on the Andes mountain
Valparaiso is near to Santiago. Interesting and colorful place. Go there!
Barrio Lastarrias is nice for a sunset walk.
