Our flight arrives in Santiago at 3:50 a.m and I want to go directly to Valparaiso? Does anyone know when the first bus to Valparaiso leaves? Thank you!

First buses should be leaving the Santiago terminals at 6 am, going through Pajaritos a bit later. Maybe 15 mins or so? The airport buses start at 6 am, so you are best waiting for them to get to Pajaritos.
