White and Green were pretty good on my tour. The standout tour is the 4 day loop to Uyuni but loads of other cool stuff too, just enquire when you get there.

I'd encourage you NOT to bring too many USD there, most tours are priced in pesos, there are reliable cash points and the rates at the money changers are AWFUL (personal experience 2016!)
