Hi all

I'll be flying into Sao Paolo from Buenos Aires on Jan 31st and flying home to Dublin that same day. Since we're going to be unable to transfer our bags through, we'll have to arrive, collect our bags, and go back into departures to check in again. We don't plan on leaving the airport though.

Does anyone know if we need a visa for this, and if so, how much? Where can we get it?

Thanks!!

Irish citizens don't need a visa to transit Brazil.
In fact you are able to enter Brazil without a visa.
