I'm going to Brazil by myself, and I need just ONE ticket for a game in Rio De Janeiro. I imagine i'll be able to scalp a ticket, but i don't know how it works in Brazil and besides, it would be nicer to have it ahead of time.
I don't care where the seat is at. I just need to be able to go see a game at the Maracana while in Rio.
Can anyone help me out with 1 ticket? Or does anyone know where you can buy the tickets ahead of time on the secondary market? thanks!
You didn't mention if you have checked the official site for tickets FIFA.com. There may be someone trying to resell a ticket, but at this late date, most tickets are sold. Watch out for scalpers. They will be out in force looking for someone like you. Good luck.

What with the well-established Brazilian tradition of obscene price gouging (don't get me wrong, I adore Brazil, but it really is egregiously bad there) on almost everything for any big event (Reveillon, Carnaval, and now the World Cup) I expect that finding a ticket tout won't be hard - if you're prepared to part with megareais. Do you have a bed in Rio for this time? I hope so, because what's left will also have been marked up goodness knows how many thousands of percent...
fifa.com has been sold out of the tickets for the rio games for awhile now. i think the only place to get one is on the secondary market, or scalp them outside the maracana. i'd just prefer to have one ahead of time so it's not so crazy, and it would be worth it to me to pay the extra money to have that calm. will appreciate if anyone has any leads or knows anyone to hook me up with one ticket! thanks.
