Hi all
Just arrived in Salvador and raining! ok, I've just been told I should stop off in Aracaju and Maceio en route to Recife and Olinda

My itinerary for the next four weeks is working my way up the coast to Fortelaza and stopping off at Recife, Joao Pessoa, Natal, maybe Pipa,

I have a flight back to Rio on 16 August, suggestions for an itinerary please, Jericoacorea has also been mentioned

Definitely Genipabu and Praia da Pipa in Rio Grande do Norte, with easy access from Natal (roads are horrible, don't expect fast transportation. if you drive, be careful as you may end up with a broken suspension)

Just arrived in Fortaleza, and debating about visiting Jericoacoara, ok its big sand dunes etc,

Now then regards big sand dunes , many years ago I worked in the empty quarter of Saudi Arabia so I've seen big sand dunes, I've been to many beautiful beaches in South Asia, and here in Brasil,

Am I going to get "blown away" as they say by visiting this place or will I be underwhelmed? being honest I really dont want to spend 6 hours travelling there and then having to do it again on the journey back just to tick it off so to speak,
what say ye experienced travellers who have visited this place?
