I just returned from the pantanal, and unfortunately it really was the worst experience in all this time of travelling thanks to the horrible agency we went to. It was recommended by two canadians, but it didnt turn out the way it was meant to as they were so unorganised, and lied about stuff, never took responsibility over any mess ups, but just blamed someone else in the company. Over half our camp had problems with them, and half our group was so fed up that they left half way and headed back to Campo Grande to demand some of their money back.

So do not use Ecological Experience tours (who are opposite the bus station in Campo Grande)...the worst ever experience sadly enough. I will now be doing the pampàs in Bolivia after all, which i had decided not to do because of pantanal

apparently if you are heading towards Bolivia, it is much cheaper to do the pantanal from the Bolivian side than the Brazilian side...no idea where though..and make sure you get exact facts about the whole trip!!

I was thinking to use that tour agency for Bonito.
Did you go to Bonito tour as well?
