Hello. I'm an American visiting Salvador, Brazil and am in EXCESSIVE pain due to flare up of sickle cell anemia. Where can i buy strong opiod meds (hydromorphone, OC, Morphine IR) immediately? my meds were damaged at the beach from high tidal waves that swept my bag and meds. Please help

afaik, you have to see a physician for a prescription, and ANVISA requires an evaluation and some paperwork be filled out to keep on file.
