Hello,
I will be coming into the south of brazil with the following places in mind, Mina Gerais, Bonita, Florianopolis, Sao Paulo...
could you let me know which town makes more sense to get to from Iguassu...Bonito first and then Florianopolis, and then Mina Gervais...i {m not sure where these are on the map...are there direct buses to and from Bonito to Flori??

because of its geographical position I believe São Paulo could work as a hub for you. seems easier.
look for a map.

I agree with fronzag about using Sao Paulo as a hub. You don't say how much time you will be in Brazil. It could a big difference in wether you will be able to go to all these places. Bonito, Iguazu falls, Sao Paulo and Floripa are closer from each other than is the state of Minas Gerais. MG capital Belo Horizonte is pretty far east from all theses places, if I remember well it is about 15 hours from Sao Paulo by bus. If you plan to fly between some of there places it could be a bit different.
