Hi, Oi, pss pss,

Have you been to Belo Horizonte?
What did you think of it?
How do the people in Belo Horizonte compare to Cariocas and Paulistas?
What's good about it?
What's not good about it?
Is the nightlife good?

Any information you can tell me about this city would be great!

I have been to Belo Horizonte...I stayed there for 5 days with a friend who lives there (Brasilian)
I thought it was not bad for a city, but there are more interesting cities out there.
The people are great, very friendly - but then I had some good introductions by said friend.
It has a great park and lake at Pampulha a nice green respite in the middle of the City, some interesting architecture and many interesting small towns in the surrounding areas that are great for day or weekend visits, especially the Gold mining area around Ouro Preto.

The drivers are dangerous, even by Brasilian standards

The nightlife - I have no idea, we're not really party types...

For travelling its a good base to explore Minas, for living I can't really say - I was only there 5 days.

Hope that's useful.

Yes.
Underrated.
Surprised that a foreigner has decided to visit their city.
Walking in Pampulha and the ladies
No beaches
Yes - very easy to score with the local women

No, I have not. What hell could I do there?!

It is just not worth a visit.

They are traditionalists/conservative, less cosmopolit, typical latin macho in attitude and avaricious people.

It is near Minas' colonial Historical Cities. And not so long a trip to Rio de Janeiro.

Air is dry during winter. Apart Pampulha, there is absolutely nothing a foreigner could appreciate as a "touristic attraction".

Not specially. BH is supposed to have the largest number of bars among brazilian cities, where they drink tons of cachaça.
