Just for comparison, CVC has a 7 night package trip from SaoPaulo to Bonito starting at about R$1400.

From memory, the bus from Campo Grande to Bonito (and return) is not long but its not luxury. Its just a standard coach that takes you there. It's fine. As Andrew said, most hotels/hostels offer some sort of airport connection service - and theyre usually quite reliably and decent (usually private car or mini van).
