have about 6 weeks left in bolivia and wanna ask everyones advice on where to go next and in what sequence to do it in

we have seen lake titicaca and rurrenabaque..we are in la paz...... where to next ...

wanna leave bolivia via a border into chile.so which is the most interesting border to cross into chile without missing something in the north of chile because we not coming back this way...

i was thinking la paz - cochabamba - samaipata - santa cruz - fly to sucre - potosi- uyuni -salt flat tour - train it to oruro - paque nacional sajama for the chungara tambo border crossing

or should i scrap the train and from the salt flats just head south to the san pedro border crossing.is sajama worth going all the way north for and would i be missing anything in chile around this border crossing

thanks

Personally I think Sajama area well worth it, some of the best altiplano scenery around with walking options that are pretty flat and great hot springs too. Generally under rated (unless youre a mountaineer, they're the usual visitors) and you wont see too many other tourists there. Here's some photos to give you an idea, also of Lauca which is on the Chile side of the same border. If you decide to go that way your route is pretty good, though Id suggest going from Potosi down to Tupiza and doing the Salar tour from there finishing in Uyuni (lots of posts in the past re this on here). If you wanted to go to San Pedro you could always do so from Calama on your way south through Chile.

Yes it's easier to visit Sajama right now from La Paz, only 3 hours bus. Then finish Bolivia through a Uyuni - San Pedro de Atacama tour.
