Hi I am planning on heading to Bolivia in the last week of March and first week of April. However, I've read a few warnings in regards to the weather and expecting delays on dirt roads.

Is it worth going at this time of year, or is the weather not as bad as expected? Thank you

Depends on where you want to travel. Travel to the cities and Lake Titicaca should be fine. If you really want to travel to the Amazon it would be best to go a different time of year.
