The jungle or the rivers - advice on a break in Bolivia

I am riding my motorcycle through Bolivia for about 3 weeks and having been on the roiad for months, cash is a concern. But I want to do a tour for a few days either into the jungle or I understand rafting/kayaking is spectacular in Bolivia.

My basic itinerary started today in Copacobana hooray
2 days on Isla del Sol or at Puerto Perez on recommendation of some cyclists

La Paz about 5 days, 2 days to fix/buy parts for bike, 3 days to relax/conocer the city
The "death road" to Yungas 1 day, undecided about whether to head further up or do a return over a couple of days to La Paz
5 days down to Salar de Uyuni, return through Potosi/Sucre
Head across to Santa Cruz for 3 days to rest.
Make decision on whether to load bike into train or ride to Brazil (if anyone has recent advice on state of this road, would be appreciated)

That's a busy 2 weeks plus a few days.

Hopefully someone can suggest where would be a great detour 'off the bike' for something a bit different. My dream was to get to know the Amazon which I haven't succeeded in so may lean towards something related to this. I'm happy to detour off the route, just asking for peoples' opinions about what was special on their trips.
