I think I know the answer to this, (and yes, I searched the forum first), but I figured I'd float it anyway. I've got 2 different camera battery chargers, my iPhone & iPad charge plugs, a USB-charged bluetooth wireless keyboard, 2 USB-charged spare batteries, a USB-charged bluetooth powered speaker, a USB-charged AA battery charger... that I plug all into a compact travel power strip that's U.S. 3-pronged.

I know Bolivia is 220, so I'm guessing all I need is a plug adapter. Or, do I need a converter too? I'm not powering anything like a laptop or hair dryer. Just small electronic devices that I listed above. I'm pretty sure those are all 100-240 so all I think I need is a grounded type-C plug adapter for my 3-pronged U.S. power strip correct?

Everything you plug in must have it's own transformer if you want to avoid frying your electronics. These are built in on many things these days (computers, some phone wall chargers, etc. - not sure about your plug-in USB. Should be easy to look up. If it state's a voltage range on the cord's electronics box, it's got a transformer). Transformers are not built in on things like hairdryers, toothbrushes, etc.

I usually charge my USB stuff by plugging it into my laptop (which has it's own transformer).

Hope that helps a bit!

Thanks! I checked ALL of the chargers and they all say 100-240. Even the iPhone & iPad charge bricks say 110-240. They're what I'd charge the other USB devices with. Looks like all I need is a grounded type C plug converter for the power strip and I'm set. Going to go look for one now. :)

Question:
Is the grounded type C plug converter for the power strip, is the one comes with 2 prongs only? either the pointed or the flat one?
