Fly out on the 12th of Decemeber, fly back o the 5th of January.

Thank you for the help. I just realised that I would have to fly into Santa Cruz regardless due to no international flights from London flying directly into La Paz. I think I would have to get a connecting flight to la Paz the same day.

I have done some more research into my trip, browsing and reading etc. Would be nice if someone look at my imput, taking a critical eye to it and seeing what they think.

(12th of Decemeber) Fly into Santa Cruz and get a connecting flight to La paz , hopefully all included in the same price. (Start day)
* Spend a day in La Paz. Getting over jet lag, getting my bearings and seeing a few sights, staying at the adventure brew hostel (£5 a night) seeing the sights and arranging further travel
* Return flight to Rurrenabaque (amazon) Three day tour. Was Looking at prices and tour companies $207 USD each for a 2 night/3 day tour with Madidi Travel to their Serere Lodge. But I know if I look around and do research I can find cheeper. Is this bit worth it? I have read its not to be missed.
Flight back to La Paz. from Rurrenabaque.

Bus to Uyuni (13 hours) (over night perhaps) 33.50usd if using todo turismo tourist bus or if using local bus about 17/18usd$.
Have a 4X4 tour to Salar de Uyuni ending up in San padro (The border) (110 to 200usd)
Then getting a bus from the border to San Padro where I will arrange another day tour to see the Valle de la luna.

Flight from the nearest airport to San Padro which is Calama so I will fly back to Santiago. Prices for (flights from Calama to Santiago with Sky airlines were going for 225usd) (total of 7 days)

Spend a day in Santiago, staying at La Casa Roja (£9)seeing the sights before taking a flight from Santiago to punta arenas (£200) then bus to puerto Natales.I will then do torre del paines w circuit. (5) staying in very cheep accommodation. ($400 food and full board tours)
Fly from Santiago to Santa Cruz and then to London. (total 7 days)

I have a budget of £3000.
I have assigned a week for each section. Although many of the parts will take less than 7 days in total I'm airing on the side of caution and including a few spare days for connecting fights and travel days, and basic 'we are up shit creak' moments.

( Now the tricky part is this. I have made sure that all My tours to Uyuni happen before the 24th and 25th of Decemeber as a reader advised, but does anyone know if flights to PA and transfers to PN and the Torres Del Paine operate as semi usual over the Christmas period. I Think Christmas day etc I will try and spend in Santiago or the park. Hopefully all guided tours will run as normal within the park, but who knows, will have to do more research. Any information that anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.)

There aren't direct flights from London to Santa Cruz. You have also to change planes somewhere (e.g.: Madrid or Miami). The only difference is there's more choice of airlines for flights from London to Santa Cruz changing planes in a third airport than from London to La Paz changing planes in a third airport.
