Just enjoy the city, walk around and visit one of the museums. I thought Tiwanaku was not interesting, there is not a lot to see, and the drive is long.

Also did the Death Road with Gravity Assisted--it is a LONG day. We met at 0730 and did not return to La Paz until 2100. Plus they want you to have been in Bolivia for at least 4 days prior to get used to altitude.
