hey there, I have a huge favour to ask of anyone who might be in copacabana at the minute (or over the next few days) and is heading to La Paz in the next week. We got to La paz today only to discover that my friend left her perscription glasses behind. We tried ringing the hostel but the number in the lonely planet isnt right (hostel emperador) and we cant find a right one on the internet. we had breakfast in the hotel colonial and used the internet right beside it (putno entel) and those are the only possible places that they could be. (finding telephone numbers for those two seem difficult too.) I know this is a big favour to ask of anyone but we really really really would appreciate it. even if someone isnt coming to la paz if they could just check we´d get the bus back down to get them.

we are on isla del sol at the moment, but have our bags sotred at the emperador so will check to morrow and let you know - we are coming to la paz tomorrow.

we are in la paz now staying at 'el solario' near plaza san fransisco.
we will be here till monday...sooooo...you can email on kpkeys@yahoo.co.nz
to organise a 'drop off'...we'll probably be trying to get an early start tomorrow for the markets but should be
around san franciso to start with...
