We are flying in Rurrenabaque on August 20th and we arrive at 7h30 am. We would like to take the 4 days pampas tour with Bala Tours the same day, on their website, it says they leave at 9h00am... So, we would like to contact them to reserve in advance but it seems on their contact page, thelink to contact them doesn't work. There is no phone number or email address on their website. Anybody has their email address??? or other contact info???
Is it necessary to book in advance or we will be able to find a good agency with a departure the same morning?? If yes, any other good agency too recommend?

Odds are greatly in your favor of being able to secure a tour same day. BTW...most leave later than 9am. Excellent choice doing the pampas over the jungle. Agencies... the trend is for agencies to lump groups together so who you end up with is moot. Everyone camps under the same basic conditions. Guides for the pampas are mainly local ranch hands. As the tours fill up in the morning the agencies radio how many guides they need. Since guiding pays about 3 times ranch work they are happy for it. BTW..don't think these guys are untrained...they have grown up in the area and know every animal. You start out on a truck ride...sit inside if you can..else you will be bright red on arrival to the boats... not sun burn..dust. It's really a great trip...cheap and you see more animals per dollar than any such trip on the continent.
