Hi!
I'm going to be in Buenos Aires for 3 days (not long!) and was wondering what everyone's opinion was on the best AREA to stay? I've narrowed it down to the microcentre, San Telmo and Recoleta and I've found nice places in each area. I thought perhaps the microcentre (as I'm not there for long and it seems to be close to everything and easier). I just worry it is more dangerous, busy and dirty than the other areas?
I understand I could appreciate San Telmo from spending a day wandering around…

I know that Irish fans can buy the tickets online via the Argentina Rugby Association but these are €40!

but at least the owners family all had haircuts, new Ipods and new chairs in the livingroom the next day!
Hi,
I plan to go to the north of Argentina in July (Jujuy, Salta Tucumán, La Rioja) and I would appreciate any advise about the most convenient itinerary. (we plan to rent a car).
Also advise about hotel/hostels, places to visit, how many days in each place, etc.
Thanks in advance,
Johan
I´ve had a string of bad luck / bad planning the last few days and am looking for a place around Recoleta or Palermo for about 120 pesos a night with a private bathroom. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Only a few weeks till we head off to Argentina... Can anyone please suggest good quality hotels in El Calafate & Ushuaia in June?
For El Calafate we are looking at Xelena & in Ushuaia we are looking at Los Acebos?
For Ushuaia, (if possible) we want somthing that is close to town and has a "log cabin winter feel" to it... (however, I realise the Los Acebos isn't like this)...
As always, many thanks...
