The customer service of Sony in Argentina and Chile is terrible. Don´t expect anything of them. For example if you are in Chile and you hace bought a camara from Sony in Argentina, the warranty will not cover you anything. You have to go back to Argentina to claim a repair under warranty there. The same for the other way. And the repair times of the services can be 2 or 3 months.
