one last question before our departure.
We only have 100 USD bills. Is it ok to change it at Florida or is the value too high and would it be better to have smaller bills?

You get a better rate with 100 dollar bills. Always good to make sure you have clean, undamaged ones, too. Not so important in Argentina but in many places they won't accept them if they have any marks or tears.
