Travel tips for 8 month old baby in Argentina

Hello,
My wife and I with our 8 month old baby will be heading to Argentina next week.
Wondering if people have any experiences travelling there with babies?
Top questions:
Are car seats mandatory in argentina? in a taxi or car rental?
Are streets in major cities stroller friendly? BA, Bariloche, Mendoza, Cordoba!
Baby friendly or more parent friendly? people how may have travelled Argentina with baby.

Any advise would be great. We have done a lot of travelling but first one with a baby! :)

Hi I have no baby but I can say streets rather sidewalks in generally in a horrible state I fell 2x last montth due to moving and missing tiles! I lie both times on the street bleeding.
about baby seats in taxis never saw one many taxis have seta belts in the back which dont work or were cut out! This is all BA info
I think they are mandatory in cars but the rule here is no rules!
