anyone know if these guys speak English? I had switched travel plans to Buenos Aires after the earthquake in Chile left me high n dry - and was thinking of a tattoo... but my Spanglish can get me a lunch no problem, but making sure I dont get some horrible deforming tattoo in forever ink would be nice :)
