I know that sometimes local people could be rude but why some hostels in argentina arrogantly select like this¨We welcome europeans/Americans ect... rather than Argentiniens or some southamericans¨ Why is there a rejectión, what happens?.

This is not the case with just Argentina. Many international type hostels don't encourage locals or even outright ban them as they believe that it turns their hostel into more a flop house with drugs and or prostitution problems instead of the tourist crowd who comes to spend money in the local econonmy and LEAVES. This is not just Argentina.

Right or wrong it's what many state when asked. The tourists obviously may be using these type services, the difference is viewed as the locals would be providing the services and changing the nature of the tourism hostel to more a business world of a seedy hotel with these and other problems. This is a standard call made by many hostels around the world to my knowledge. I do agree that sometimes the difference between these places isn't real clear.

Maybe another reason could be that the hostels use to offer to the guests many activities than the locals (or other spanish speakers) could try in their own for less money (and invite some foreigners. I do it!), what would represent less profit for the hostel (or their friends).
this usually happens when they sells you a tour to anywhere, but there is public transportation to reach to that place too, just missing the guide explanations that are not always brilliant
I know that in many hostels I was told about public transportation, but I'm not sure if the foreigners staying there were too.
but in a particular hostel I knew that they didn't want argentines because consider that they are party people, and that the foreigners tend to be more relaxed people. <<- their opinion, I'm not sure about this.

If you ever tried to sleep while obnoxiously loud argentinians kids make a ruckuss all night your would undertsand why. Whether it is bolivia, Peru, or Brazil whenever we encountered argentinians sleeping in the same hostel we regreted it. As a matter of fact after a couple of weeks in South America you will be able to spot them just by the decibel level. Jan and Feb are the worst months as they are out of school.
I've experienced Brazilian and Argentinian ski bunnies in Bariloche - didn't get a wink of sleep. There's something in the culture which makes them really loud even when people are trying to sleep.

But there are nice people too!! also Turist prefer to meet the local people ..... but argies don´t understand what a hostel means and is easier for the argentinien to get always angry with others, still they luck of some life principles for exemple i saw scares eyes after the receptionist answer i have seen it many times. Imposible to deal with some of them.
