No reason not to use the official site. It has been trouble-free for a long time. I have talked to hundreds who have used the offical site without problems, and I have used it recently and often for family members. just never throw out your print out, even after you are processed at the border. (you can reprint it if you lose it.)

Sounds like an inability to differentiate between the Google ads and the Google search results, of course the ads are on top, that is how they manage to separate the suckers from their money and how Google gets its share,
