I'm not sure what you mean by "action packed/adventurous trip." If you're looking for a Queenstown, New Zealand experience (bungy jumping, sky diving, parasailing, etc.) you won't find it in Patagonia. If you're looking for great hiking with truely unique mountain views then follow nahuel's advice and head straight south to Torres del Paine, FitzRoy, Tierra del Fuego, etc. -- all truely stunning.
