Hi to all,
I arrive next Tuesday morning 9,15 am in Buenos Aires. My first time in South America. After 18 hours on the way from home I am considering going directly to Jorge Newbery airport to get a flight to Ushuaia.
-What's the best and safest way to get there? How much does it cost? ( just to make sure I dont pay too much)
-Any ideas where to get the cheapest one way ticket on line?
- I am taking euros with me to exchange on the blue market . If anyone knows where to exchange safely, let me know.
- if hopping on the next plane doesn't work I need a safe guesthouse/ hotel for one night ( no dorms). Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

Forgot to ask how long does it take to get from the one to the other airport? Traffic jam problems or a smooth ride?

Two options for traveling into the city or between airports is Tienda Leon or an official airport taxi, such as Taxi Ezeiza. I have read that you should allow at least four hours between airports. It can take more than an hour to clear immigration and customs at EZE, plus another hour or more in transit, depending on the traffic.

You can find cambios to exchange money on Av. Florida in downtown. As for the plane flight to Ushuaia, there are no cheap tickets. You will have to pay the tourist fare by credit card. You could use a travel agency if you want to buy the ticket in advance.
