Hi, I need to send a water heater for a yacht to Ushuia from Australia and wondered how difficult it will be getting the heater (a diesel operated water heater, not big, weighs 19kgs) into the country of Argentina and if there is somewhere in Ushuia that it can be addressed to to wait the arrival of the yacht?

Maybe you will get a more specific response, but Argentina is one of the worst places to ship anything to. I would guess, at minimum, you will have to pay duties equal to the value of the heater. If you can send it to another country, I think it would be easier and cheaper.
