Argentina in 4 weeks

I don't mind the long bus-ride, as long as the destination is worth the time. Since I'm not much of a camper, I was worried that sleeping in a tent would be my only option in Bariloche. Is this true? I'm looking to do day hikes, but not getting completely lost in the wilderness for days at a time.

Funny, the guidebooks really big up Rosario; I'm surprised to read so many responses saying that it's not worth spending much time... I'm planning on coming from Brazil through Foz do Iguaçu - I've yet to see anyone post that any of the cities on the way down were worth even a night aside from #4. A bit of a bummer really, as I'm hoping to break the long bus ride up a bit on the way down...
