I would need some information about rents of apartments in BA so can you advise me and tell helpful websites? What areas are good (safe) for foreigners?
Thanks in advance!

www.apartmentsba.com

Very swanky apartments, very efficient people, very accurate descriptions. Suprisingly affordable for longer stays.
Keep your choice simple: Recoleta to be in the heart of the action but with associated traffic and people, Palermo for more greenery and a little more laid back and villagey.
But remember, they are only a 5 minute cab ride apart so you´ll spend time in both regardless of where you stay. Both are safe.

BEst spots in BAires. Recoleta, Palermo and San Telmo. Safest Recota and palermo. Most crowded San Telmo. Most expensive Recoleta. I know of a couple of places to rent in Palermo... shoot me a line and will give you more info... davutor@hotmail.com

I would avoid APARTMENTSBA by all means. Although they were not terribly expensive, the loft we rented was not clean when we arrived, the bathroom had not been cleaned, including the tub, toilet and sink. We went without electricity in the bathroom for 3 days. The dishes supplied in the loft were caked with grease. While it was a good location, the customer service was not what I expected. They did not have a 24 hour concierge. I suggest you look elsewhere.

Continuing from my previous post: My partner and I just returned from Buenos Aires and following is a list of complaints we are forwarding to the management of apartmentsba.
We were supposed to have early check in, but the apartment key did not work, so we had to go the office until the apartment door could be opened. It was well after noon before we could get into the apartment. We were not charged for early check in.
Although we had scheduled early check in, there were no bed linens in the apartment.
There was no electricity in the bathroom. The switch plate was hanging off of the wall, and no light would come on. We immediately called the office. No one came that day. We called the office. No one came the next day. We called the office. On the third day, the electricity was restored.
The day we checked in, the elevator to our apartment became inoperable. That took about four days to fix. Every time we entered or exited the apartment, we had to go through the series of doors and the stairwell to get to the working elevator.
The air conditioner is extremely loud and rattles. When we checked out, the agent from Apartments BA indicated that you were aware of the problem already.
In all communications with Apartments BA regarding the security deposit, we were told that the $600 security would be credited back to my account if everything was in order when we checked out. Instead, I was charged $13.50 for the reverse transaction after Apartments BA having our $600 for three weeks.
The apartment had not been dusted before our arrival. It remained undusted even after housekeeping had been there to clean halfway through out stay.
We had to wash the dishes before using them as they were dirty and clearly had not been cleaned sufficiently by the previous tenant.
After turning on the jets in the whirlpool, dirt and grime began floating to the surface.
A previous tenant had left a woman’s hair clip on the bathroom counter. Had the bathroom been cleaned sufficiently before our arrival, this should not have been there.
The toilet was not clean upon our arrival. Housekeeping came in halfway through our stay and still failed to clean it at that time.
The utensil drawer in the kitchen area was greasy inside.
Two of my personal washcloths were taken by housekeeping along with the other linens. They were never returned before our departure even though the office staff assured me they would be.
