All my research shows that a lot of Tequila tours start in Guadalajara as far as pick up goes. Our challenge is that we do not have a car and are staying in Rincón de Guayabitos ( 3-4 hours away)
Does anyone know of a tour or a shuttle service that will get us to Tequila or Guadalajara from our location?

Estaben the owner of the Pina Colada restaurant in Guayabitos is also a Government licensed tour guide, the restaurant is on the frontage road parallel with highway 200, Closed on Mondays, go over and ask him...We used to have the Margarita Challenge at his restaurant and he knows Tequila well............Tell him from Rick
Contact the tequila tours and they will arrange transportation or tell you how to take their tour.
Speaking of tequila, you could complement your guided tour to Tequila with a self guided taste testing at your nearest OXXO where a 355 ml can of Paloma (tequila and grapefruit) costs 16 MXN for the El Jimador brand, and only 13 MXN for the Cabrito brand. Let us know which you prefer.
