Any recommendations on what bus or shuttle to take from San Cristobal to Oaxaca City?

There are three buses that serve this route listed on www.ticketbus.com.mx. I'm familiar with the ADO GL (which stands for gran lujo). It is the most luxurious service between the two cities, but also the most expensive. For approximately $8.00 extra, you will get comfortable reclining seats, which may make all the difference, since this is an 11-hour overnight journey.
