Cuba is sub-tropical so the weather is hot in June, it's always a good time to go to Cuba.

I'm going in June as well. It can be very hot and very humid. Expect some rain, but in the form of showers, not necesarily rain all day.

Without any attempt to alarm you, please note that Hurricane Season starts on 1 June. 2007 is predicted to be an "interesting" year.
