AA and the others also use CTS to collect the OFAC declarations. I guess that they are getting the passengers to pay for that service too.

My respect for John Kavulich has dropped - he spouts nonsense in that article.

Not mentioned is the possibility, however slight that the traveler can pay about $29-30 US for the green visa sold by mail from the U.K. and use it to board the plane at a US airport. It worked last time I presented it at Fort Laud.
