He IS the dude I saw embarassing all the rest of the tourists in Jose Marti a few years ago. Made more noise, without saying ANYTHING, than the other 50 or so tourists waiting in line. Trying to impress everyone with his profound knowledge about Cuba. That was the longest hour I ever spent in line because this guy NEVER shut up.

We are talking All Hat and No Cattle here, people.
