Our flight times were changed and plane takes off from 7.55 in the morning. Is it possible to get a taxi 6 o clock in the sunday morning in Havana? Are there any taxis or how the taxi system works there?

Yes, your host(CP) can arrange a taxi early in the morning. I would start earlier than 6am for a 7:55 flight.

We are staying at airbnb apartment, i can ask from her then.( What does a CP means?)
If i will order a transfer service myself then are they reliable enough for that early ride?

CP = casa particular, a private house licensed to rent. All Airbnbs should be casas particulares.

If the owner of the casa particular/AirBnB arranges a taxi for you, it would likely be with someone s/he knows, so reliable, because they want repeat business.
Someone you arranged entirely on your own, off the street? Maybe reliable, maybe not, IMO.
