Are there regularly scheduled flights from the Panhandle to Havana where passengers from another country, say
Canada, can buy a ticket.

No flights from the Florida panhandle that I have ever heard of. Only Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, and Orlando.

Independently verify anything important that a stranger tells you on the internet, even this advice.

Jet Blue, one of the better airlines flying out of the states.

American Airlines also flies out of Orlando but you must change planes in Miami. That is worthwhile is you are going to anyplace in Cuba other than Havana.

In case you don't know, there are direct flights from Canada.

Every group has its own dynamics, if you can't see the idiot then it's probably you.

Hope you're not adding to the stray/street dog problem in Cuba.

Don't worry YanquiBoy.....if I ever manage to get to Cuba with my over 90 lb golden retriever, she will
be returning to Canada with me when we go home. Actually, I adopted a homeless dog last winter in Cuba
but had to leave her with friends but would have loved to bring her home.
